I am 17 days post op after a mastopexy with stratus mesh and the t junction of the scar under my right breast is weeping a runny, slightly yellow tinged liquid. The rest of my scars seem to be healing really well. Should I be concerned about this. It's just not healing very well at all

I would suggest continuing scarcare as from you describe you are already aggressively doing this. Scars take at the minimum 8-9 months to begin to mature and fade but this is only an average. Some ladies take 2 years to see improvement plateau. It is hard to watch slow change...
