I am 17 days post op after a mastopexy with stratus mesh and the t junction of the scar under my right breast is weeping a runny, slightly yellow tinged liquid. The rest of my scars seem to be healing really well. Should I be concerned about this. It's just not healing very well at all

Answer: Seroma
Sounds like you may have a small amount of wound breakdown and fluid (seroma) is leaking. You should see your plastic surgeon as soon as possible.

Answer: Wound healing problem at T incision
I am concerned that your strattice graft may not be taking well and this is producing seroma like fluid. I would followup closely with your plastic surgeon. If this worsens or shows signs of infection, you may need an ultrasound to assess for fluid collection or removal of the strattice mesh to facilitate healing.
I wish you a safe recovery.
