I went to your office for consultation on 08/12/13 and I want to go for the mommy makeover. After a breast lift is recommendable to do the mammograms in the traditional way? I found that since I've been doing my mammograms each year since then I had noticed my breast is getting saggy more quickly?

Answer: Mammogram after Breast Lift
Thank you for your question. It is recommended to do mammogram the traditional way after breast lift. Please inform your mammographer of your previous surgery, so they can let the radiologist know also.

Answer: Mammogram after a Breast Lift
There is no reason that having a breast lift should preclude you from having a traditional mammogram on the schedule your doctor recommends. If you have had an augmentation, an additional view would be required. The way you are wording your question makes it sound as if your afraid that having a mammogram will cause your breasts to sag. This will not happen. Should you have any questions, you should return to your surgeon who performed your procedure to discuss your concerns. Best of luck to you.
