It is possible to reach your goals by performing a Septorhinoplasty without the need to do any direct operation on your nostrils. I understand from the picture you have posted that you would like only minimal changes and a natural looking result.

Yes, rhinoplasty can definitely help improve the appearance of your side profile by reducing the bump on your dorsum. You don't have photos of your tip but in general it is also possible to do minor tip changes depending on what it is you want done.

In my hands I would reduce your nose more than that and also raise the tip. Other surgeons are more conservative and it seems like that’s what you’re looking for. You’ll need to go in some consults and then you’ll be able to make an informed decision

Hi, according to Dr Necdet Demir's professional opinion you can get a minor change in tip without touching the nostrils, hump can be reduced as much as you want, you can speak about it during the computer simulation.

Your profile change and tip surgery: refinement of the tip is commonly performed along with reduction of a dorsal hump. The after profile which you show appears to have a small amount of residual dorsal hump. It also appears to be still somewhat long and will probably tip downward upon smiling. In a female a slightly shorter nose with a slightly higher rotation of the nasal tip is generally considered more desirable. If you choose to leave a slight remnant of the dorsal hump that is a matter of taste, and wouldn’t look bad. But over the years I have found that most people who prefer an under done nose pre op wish they had done more.

Rhinoplasty can improve the aesthetic apperance of your nose and address your areas of concern such as nasal hump and refinement of the nasal tip. Rhinoplasty is frequently performed in combination with Septoplasty (called Septorhinoplasty) to correct a deviated nasal septum, like yours, causing a blocked nose and/or to harvest septal cartilage and use it as a graft to improve nasal support or shape.
It is a common misconception to think that the nose can be sculpted as if it was a piece of marble or that one can choose a “perfect” celebrity nose from a magazine.

There are limitations based on the individual's intricate nasal anatomy and nasal skin quality. For example, a thick nasal skin is great in covering up minor irregularities but since it does not shrink well after surgery, it will not show fine underlying refinements to the same extent as in those with thin skin.
The use of manipulated (morphed) digital clinical photography provides a platform for discussion as to your desires and expectations. Such images are not a guarantee of exact results, but a great tool to ensure that you and your surgeon are on the same wavelength.

The answer to your question is yes. If anything, your imaging is conservative, and a greater improvement could be made as the tip needs some slight elevation as well.
When you say "without my nostrils being affected" it's hard to know exactly what you mean, but if you don't want any tip elevation or shortening that can also be achieved.
