I have attached my current side profile and my desired side profile. I used an app to make changes. I have been offered a rhino-septoplasty due to my deviated septum. There will be correction of the nose, as it is crooked due to the deviated septum. So inner and outer correction. However, I'd also like to make minor changes to the tip of the nose without my nostrils being affected, is that possible to achieve? And slight hump removal.
