From the pictures you've shown to me, I can see that there's quite a bit of swelling of the nose, and because I'm not sure exactly what technique was used, I'm not 100% certain if this is due to the swelling or some structural asymmetry. My advice in this case if to wait a full year before any inventions or final decisions are made.

I agree that you appear to have very thick skin, but without a physical exam and seeing your whole face in relation to your nose, it is hard to give you a surgical plan or comment on what should occur in your specific case. To help you, though, I can answer this question in broad strokes....

I would recommend a combination of dorsal reduction with tip support and projection. You have a prominent dorsal septum that needs reduction for an optimum result.
