15 months post-op- Hard lump on bridge after open rhinooplasty. I'm not sure what it is, could it resolve on its own? (photos)

Hi.Lumps and irregularites on the nose bridge or nose dorsum are the most common porblems in the post operative period. It is not easy to estimate if there would occur such a bothering situation before or even during the surgery. There are some technical surgical manuers to minimise these kind of complications. But for the final words it does not seem to be get resolve on its own.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You appear to have this nasal skin, and this small bump will not likely go away 15 months postoperative. Since your nasal bridge is low, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 treatments may be considered for improving your nasal appearance and camouflaging your nasal bump. What is the bump on the bridge of your nose? The bump on the bridge of your nose could either be residual bony hump, or bony callus formation, or a graft which has shifted. Do you know if any grafts were added to the bridge of your nose? Is it movable or fixed? At any rate the probable fix would be Surgical, but the final decision would have to be based on an in person evaluation with visual inspection and palpation.
