Question

Jawline: I would like it to be wider, sharper and lead into an aesthetically pleasing chin. Chin: As you can see from my side shot, I have a recessed chin that does little for an attractive side profile. Rhinoplasty: My nose is long, wide and has a hump on the bridge. Eyes: I would like the masculine straight brows and the lids to be slit-like. I would like to get your opinion(s) on what could be done give me this look. Would a professional mock-up be available?

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your
photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. You may benefit from a chin implant but an in-person evaluation would be needed to better assess this.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

Your chin and jaw angles can be augmented to have a wider and more square jawline shape. Through concurrent rhinoplasty your nose can be shaped to get rid of the hump and shorten the nasal tip. There is no conventional operation to make your eyelids slit-like and create straighter more linear eyebrows. The only consideration would be to see what effect fat injections could create in those areas.
