Nose looks the same after rhinoplasty?

It does not look the same to me. When you smile the tip is not pulled down and the upper lip horizontal line is not as deep.

You are still in the immediate post-op period with swelling so hopefully things will improve.  The real question to ask is if your surgeon performed a formal tip deprojection during your surgery with cartilage transection techniques.   If this was not specifically addressed, you should share your concerns with your surgeon.

Swelling after a rhinoplasty depends of the surgery complexity.
In this regard, the nasal swelling Post-op It can last from two weeks to two months.
To reduce this swelling, I recommend you perform delicates daily lymphatic drainage massage therapy over the face (around the nose) avoid sun exposure, and take pain/inflamation pills, as your surgeron precribe you.
