Can I get my nose reshaped while getting an ENT surgery to have my nose straightened?

If you are going to reshape you nose with the ENT, ensure you are doing it because the ENT has plenty of experience doing so which is typically doubtful. Most of the time, the ENT is performing a Rhinoplasty because it is convenient. For your sake, you should consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon with plenty of experience performing rhinoplasties. Best wishes,

 Yes, both functional breathing surgery and cosmetic nasal surgery can be performed at the same time. Look for a double board certified physician in ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery who can perform both procedures at the same time.

In principle, if you are having functional nasal surgery for airway issues and are also seeking a cosmetic change to the nose, there is no better time to do it, than in combination as a single surgery. That said, it is vital that the doctor, or doctors, who perform the surgery are familiar with both aspects of treatment and understand your functional and cosmetic concerns. Sometimes ENT and Plastic Surgeons work together in such cases to give you the best of both worlds!
