I wanted the bump removed but now I feel my nose just looks too small. There's obviously not much I can do about it. I am 2 months post rhinoplasty and since its swollen it will probably get smaller and the tip may drop.

Answer: Post Rhinoplasty Evaluation From you limited posted photos, you seem to have a nice rhinoplasty result and improved facial harmony overall. In my view, your nose does not appear too small and typically while there most likely will be a subtle decrease in swelling with improved refinement this should enhance your results even more. I suggest continued longterm follow up with your physician. Honestly communicate any concerns during your recovery.
