A surgical rhinoplasty can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, narrowing the tip, and narrowing the bridge to give more definition. Thick skin will be an impediment to seeing a very refined resulted in the tip of the nose. In our practice, we do not recommend nonsurgical rhinoplasty.
