Nasal Bone Remodeling Essence Nose Rise Heighten Slimming Shaping Needle Cream by 2N claims to burn fat & tighten the skin around nose when you massage it over your nose. Can I use this for swelling after open rhinoplasty? My nasal bones were broken & my skin is thick but it looks like I never had surgery bc swelling is so bad. What about Arnica Montana cream or pill? Is there a splint to shape/protect the nose bc I accidentally hit myself at night? What about an overnight mask 2reduce swelling?

Thank you for your question.I haven't had experience with that cream, but in general, if something sounds absolutely incredible (essentially the name of that cream sounds like a  rhinoplasty in a bottle), it doesn't work and is a waste of money.Regarding your other concerns, swelling after rhinoplasty typically takes months (and up to a year) to resolve and for you to see the final nose shape.  I recommend talking to your surgeon about any splints or masks.

If something sounds as ridiculous as it sounds, then it probably is only slightly better than snake oil.  Be sure to discuss with your own surgeon about how this applies to you, and whether they have any special concerns in your case.
