I have anxiety about removing my surgical bra. Should I?

I have anatomical implants, 420cc and 400cc. I bought a sports bra as advised by PS, it's tight and I found it difficult to zip up even before the surgery. I asked my PS when I could remove my bra, he said to shower only. I'm scared that it will hurt too much to zip it back up since it is so tight, or that I won't be able to get it on and my implants will rotate. Is my anxiety resonable or should I just remove the bra and shower tomorrow? Is it safe to do so with anatomical implants so early?

Thank you for your question. I am sorry you are having this problem. I do not believe a cortisone injection will help. The treatment for grade 4 CC is complete removal of the scar tissue capsule. Best of luck

Depending on what you do, you can return to work within 5-7 days. For physical activities you can resume within 3-4 weeks and 4 - 6 weeks recovery to resume aggressive physical activities. Talk toyour Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with any concerns or questions.
