I'm really wanting to define my nose, it's something I've been insecure about for a long time. I want subtle changes and feel like my tip and nostril flare need reduction? Can anyway recommend me what procedure I should look into & if anyone could recommend a great surgeon for subtle but effective work it would be really helpful! I've done so much research in the past years, I'm nervous as I don't want to come out of a procedure looking botched I just want a more attractive nose for myself!
