Double cheek crease after filler and botox? (Photo)

It hard to tell off the picture you have provided and I am not sure we are both talking about the same line but here is what I see. You have some prominence above the nasolabial fold which could be caused by filler placement at the lateral aspect of the nasolabial fold which in effect deepens the nasolabial fold and causes a sausage like appearance at the top of the fold. Botox, if it diffuses into the zygomaticus musculature can cause cheek ptosis (droopy cheek) but this would usually also be associated with an asymmetric smile. Finally, I also see some swelling along the tear trough and malar mounds probably related to swelling from your recent injection. I would certainly go back to your injector and have him take a look. I would be interested in seeing a before and after next to each other. 

Those lines can often be corrected by injecting some extra filler and molding it to fill the line. It should not be caused by the Botox. Consult with your doctor about correcting the line. Good luck.
