Hi,Thank you for including a photograph. In order to best address your aesthetic goals, you should visit a facial plastic surgeon and tell him/her exactly what you are hoping to achieve. It is not possible in this forum to know what your definition of a feminine face is. Now, from this one photograph, you may be a better candidate for botox to the masseter muscle. In general, the female face should be heart shaped - meaning it should become more narrow as you move from the cheeks to the jaw. You have prominent masseter muscles and botox can help to lessen taper and narrow the lower third of you face. Filler to the chin can potentially masculinize your face.Hope this information was helpful to you,Mehdi Sina, MD
Chin fillers can help to shape the chin. It would not distort your lips. Neuromodulators such as Dysport can also be used in the chin area to treat dynamic muscle activity that causes the "orange peel" look. See an expert injector near you to learn more.
Thank you for your photo. I recommend dermal fillers such as a Juvederm or Restylane to help contour your face. It’s best to get a in person evaluation from a board-certified dermatologist.
Thank you for sharing your photo and inquiry. Fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane are both great products to fill, contour and define your face. You already have feminine features, so fillers will only enhance your already beautiful face. Always see a board certified plastic surgeon.
Thank you for your question,Chin filler would not affect your lips, as it is meant to create a more defined chin based on the injection placement. I would recommend seeking out certified injector for a consultation to see if chin fillers are right for you. Best of luck!
Thank you for your question and for including a photo. Chin filler helps to define your lower face and to strengthen an otherwise 'weak' chin. It would not affect your lips or lip shape. I recommend that you consult a plastic surgeon and show him/her pictures of what you are trying to achieve.
I would urge you to seek a full consultation with a board certified dermatologist and seek their expertise in achieving your results. In general, you want to achieve an inverted triangular shape with your cheeks being the points of the inverted face. Adding some filler to the chin would help but not give you the overall results that you are looking for. Best of luck
I have never heard of those varied symptoms related to Dysport, or Botox. It would be best to consult with your primary care to find a possible cause to these symptoms.Best of luck,Dr. G
I'm sorry you're unhappy with your filler treatment. Dysport would not help correct the look however. If HA fillers were used you can have the filler dissolved using hyaluronidase. See your injector for an evaluation and to learn more.
While this is not necessarily normal practice, it is not necessarily a big cause for concern either. Each vial of Dypsort will have a NDC (National Drug Code) number and lot number as well as an expiration date. Contact your injector if this information needs to be verified.
