After Dysport for crows feet area: acute dry eye, bladder control and hearing loss/tinnitus. Will it go away? When?

Anonymous Female
The ENT, Naturopath and Acupuncturist all believe it is related to the Dys: Treatment in August, at Ophthalmologist in September after being unable to see - dry eye and blurry vision. Lost 10 pounds because my body would not retain water and my bladder would give out without any warning. Hearing was tested in June, just prior to August and was all normal/good. Now it shows hearing loss and tinnitus. 1. Dry eye/blurred vision 2. Bladder control problems 3. Hearing loss and tinnitus 4. Water loss
