Can I change my nose profile without changing the front view? And who would be a great surgeon in the UK for rhinoplasty?

My nose looks really good from the front and right, but my septum is slightly deviated and my left profile is different, my nose sticks out more the hump and tip look bigger from this side. I'm really considering a rhinoplasty but scared my nose from the front would change, I don't want my tip upturned like some people get. I just wouldn't want to look completely different after it, I'd only want a very slight change. Are there any surgeons in the UK that are very experienced in this surgery?

Hello,Alar rim grafts do not effectively lower the rims, but they do improve the contour between the alar arch and the tip.  A more effective method is lateral crural repositioning.Best of luck!
