i had a reduction when i was 18, im now 38 married with 4 children but my breasts are mainly loose skin now i suffer from depression and this is really bothering me, ive been getting into shape to try and help with the depression, but now my breast have become a huge issue and really effecting me

If you have lost volume after the reduction want to have this replaced a breast augmentation is fairly straightforward. Adjustment of the skin envelope and areola might be necessary by way of a mastopexy.

A breast reduction can certainly be reversed with a breast augmentation and you may possibly need a further uplift at the same time, depending on how looks the skin is, the nipple position and how big an implant you are thinking of using. Thank you for your question.Yes, there are usually ways to achieve larger, more youthful looking breasts in somebody that has had a prior reduction and has now deflated.  The procedure will likely include a breast implant and a breast lift (can be performed at the same time, or staged). Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear of your depression.  A breast reduction can be "reversed" by performing a breast augmentation and breast lift procedure.  The augmentation will restore the breast volume lost with your multiple pregnancies, while a lift will remove excess breast skin and will reposition your nipple and areola into a higher, more youthful position. Thank you for your question. You can certainly have surgery to enlarge your breasts after having a breast reduction. You will more than likely need to have the breasts reshaped/re-tightened in the form of a lift in conjunction with the augmentation, but it can be done. Absolutely.  Patients that have had a reduction often will lack superior pole fullness.  This can be enhanced with a breast augmentation to make the breasts fuller and larger if so desired, depending on the size of the implant used.
