Creams and herbs will not work, save your money.Not many good choices to have larger implants without surgery. You can research and try "BRAVA" suction device, or gain weight (not advised). Hormone pills such as Birth Control Pills in many cases will result in a modest increase but is not predictable.Surgery is the most dependable and predictable method using implants or your own fat.

Herbs and pills will not make your breast larger. Only a breast augmentation is capable of doing this. The vast majority of breast augmentation is done by placement of implants. In marginal cases injection of fat has been used.

The only way to increase breast size is surgical, usually with implants, and sometimes by transferring a patient's own fat if there is an adequate source and the amount of enlargement desired is modest (single cup size). Best wishes.
