I am very unhappy to have a droopy breast where I am 27 years, 105 pounds and 166 cms. I am unmarried and had this problem started when I was about 22 years. My breasts are loose and saggy that has made aerola wider. Also I have a very itchy body due to dry skin. Though i use cotton bra, the centre part sweats (clevage collides and swat stays) and has fungal infection which make me scratch awfully and has so many scars. I desperately need a solution for it without surgery. Kindly help.
Answer: Breast lift may help A breast lift may be helpful. This surgery reshapes the breasts to make them less elongated and droopy, for a perkier and more buoyant contour. It can also help the irritation you’re experiencing under and between your breasts, since they won’t be pressed down against your body as much.Unfortunately, there are no nonsurgical options that are as effective as a breast lift.

Answer: Nonsurgical treatment of droopy breasts Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, without pictures, it is hard to give you solid advice. Based on what you describe, surgery would be needed to address the problems you mention. I recommend you see a qualified plastic surgeon in order to get the best options for your situation. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Droopy Breasts Thank you for your question.I am sorry to hear you are having those difficulties with your breasts. The good news is that there is likely a great solution for you, but it involves surgery. I recommend visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your options. They will discuss whether you should have a lift or a reduction, and also whether or not an implant should be placed for improved shape (or just manipulation of your own breast tissue to create an "implant effect". They will discuss your aversion to having a surgical procedure, and can hopefully address your concerns adequately so that you can have the ultimate outcome you want. Best of luck!

Answer: Breast sagging Unfortunately, the only way to address your problem is via surgery. It is not simply because the experts on here are all surgeons that we advise a surgical option, but rather that there exists no good nonsurgical solution. Droopy, sagging breasts are a direct result of too much skin and laxity of soft tissue. There exists no device, cream nor pill which can significantly shrink enough skin to lift a significantly sagging breast. Anyone who tells you otherwise likely trying to sell you. My best advice to use to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon, certified by the American Board of plastic surgery only. He or she can give you and in person exam and placed about which procedure may be right for you. Let that be your point. I have seen far too many patients like you who desperately wanted to avoid surgery get bilked and sold useless pills and superficial treatments. If you are going to spend the money, get a result you are happy with excavation pointI hope this helpsBest of luck! Dr. Subbio Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Newtown Square, PA

Answer: Without surgery there are few options Cotton bras are good for wicking away sweat. Talcum powder will also help absorb the moisture, but the reality is that a breast lift is the only thing that can remove some of the extra skin that you likely have. For completeness sake, go see a plastic surgeon in your area and review your surgical options. If you don't want surgery, a dermatologist may be able to help with your skin. Things like frequent showers and overuse of certain moisturizers will actually make dry skin worse so keep that in mind too. Good luck!
