I'm looking for a plastic surgeon to correct my botched vaser liposuction I had just over 4 years ago. Do you think this is fixable? I have fatty lumpiness and unevenness all over. The surgeon I had it done from has given me the cold shoulder and said there nothing she can do about it...

Hi, its unfortunate to have anything go wrong following a surgery. It looks like some areas have been treated aggressively (lower abdomen), while the others have not been addressed equally. You are still a good candidate for body contouring with lipo. However, correcting post liposuction deformities requires significant technical expertise, especially due to the uneven fibrosis resulting from the previous surgery. You would need to have realistic expectations as the surgery is "corrective". Given the circumstances, it should be possible to achieve a more balanced look, closer to your expectations, by addressing the upper abdomen & the peri umbilical areas. Consult a Board certified plastic surgeon who you feel confident with. All the best!

Most patients who have been disfigured from liposuction have little chance of being restored to normal. This is especially true when patients have been over-treated. In your case, I believe that there is room for improvement and potentially a great final outcome. I say this because it appears that you still have enough subcutaneous fat to create an even contour with the areas that were over-treated. Treatment options for poorly performed liposuction generally come down to revision liposuction or fat transfer. Fat transfer is of little benefit when patients have been over-liposuctioned. You need to find the most talented plastic surgeon who has extensive experience with liposuction. The difference in outcomes will depend on whom you see, but then you already know that.
