Burning/stinging sore pain after vaser. Any suggestions?

I had vaser on the flanks 12 days ago and everything went ok. The first week I was swollen and sore but not in pain. Then a few days again I was sitting down to wee and got a horrible stinging burning pain which appears to be around one of my incisions. So it is still happening over the last few days and it is getting a lot more frequent. There is no oozing, redness around the area. I'm worried as I had to stop my car today it was like a electric shock! It is only in this one area. Any ideas??

Stinging and a burning sensation may occur in the first 6 weeks post vaser liposuction.  This is usually from superficial nerves being irritated by the procedure.  With healing you may experience an electric tingle or shock.  It will go away with time.

Hi, 12 days is too soon for pain and discomfort to go away because swelling and bruising may persist up to 6-8 weeks. You may experience numbness, tingling, burning, “crawling”, or other peculiar sensations around the surgical area. This is a result of the healing of tiny fibers which are trapped in the incision site. These symptoms will disappear within a few weeks. It is best to strictly follow the prescribed aftercare for best results and do not hesitate to contact your surgeon for any additional aftercare that you may need.
