I am a 27 year old, 125 lb active female. I workout six days a week for about an hour. I currently sit at about 18% body fat but have gotten down to 14% (and I still had lower belly fat). I know it is hard to give a definitive answer over the internet and not doing an in person consultation so I am really just looking to see what procedure I should focus my research on. I've already been through three rounds of coolsculpting and did not see the changes I am looking for, a flat stomach
