Post vaser lipo, and I have an indentation. How can I stop it from getting worse?

I am 1 week post lipo and had my first. I am wearing my garment 24/7 but also wearing underwear underneath as it has buttons on the bottom. The nurse that did the drainage massage today said my underwear was causing an indent and needed to change them. My question is what underwear should i wear right now. I've searched loads of sites and it just shows me garments. I'm still swollen but don't want the dint to get worse and with buttons it would not be good to not wear underwear. Thank you.
