Multiple orthos/dentists over the years have all told me that my bite was normal, and I didn't need braces. But my chin and lower lip are set back. I've read sliding genio brings lower lip+chin forward. The horizontal part of my jaw between the ramus bone and chin is too short. I tried to outline my jaw as you can see. There is also some minor asymmetry in my jaw (left slightly shorter than right, but whenever I point it out to anyone they can't see it so the difference must be very minimal)
