13 days after otoplasty, and my ears have returned to original position. What are my options?

It is difficult to say without looking at the pre and post-op pictures to see exactly which part of the ear has returned to the original position.  Usually as the bandage comes off a compressed region, there can be post-compression swelling seen after 1-2 days and can last up to 10-14 days.  I would make sure there is no blood or fluid collection (hematoma or seroma) that would "push out" the ear.  This would necessitate a visit to your surgeon to check the ear.  It is hard to outline your options without knowing exactly what is going on.  One thing in medicine/surgery is that one cannot make an assumption.

If your ears don't look different after surgery, then the surgery has been ineffective, occasionally the sutures used to hold the ear back can fall apart and parts of the ear would look protruded.  Find out from your surgeon what technique was used.  Swelling can cause some protuberance but not like the original ear.  You may be looking at a revision in the future.  Hope this is helpful.
