Had SMAS Prague 4 wks ago.I was diagnosed by my Surgeon with aHematoma 2 days after OP. He had used Fibrin glue but my right cheek swole massively. He hand express it on day of flight home. He still said hematoma! i could only see pink wateryliquid being expressed.Back in UK swole up again.Went A&E ,Dr diagnosed Sialocele.Prescribed Scopodermpatches antibiotics.Saliva in cheek dried up now.4wks on and i have Parotid gland protruding out my cheek! Do any Surgeons out there know what i can do now?

Thank you for your question and pictures. Draining the hematoma manually is an inadequate treatment. You need to see your surgeon urgently so they can drain especially if its swelling. All The Best
