Prague surgery. I am post op 7 days. I was sick day after SMAS and I caused hematoma .Face has been swollen beyond all comfort all of right side face up to tempal. Yesterday my surgeon drained slghtly by releasing a stitch and massaging some fluid blood off I flew home... and it is worse now! My face could not possibly be any tighter and harder. I am losing hearing in my right ear as swelling all round ear.Im going to visit doc in a.m. Please can anyone ease my fears..will it all be ok?!
