SMAS and up eyelid surgery. I have Hematoma from spasm exertion being sick after surgery. How do I rid the Hematoma? (Photos)

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your surgery.  A hematoma after a facelift is a known but infrequent complication.  A large hematoma soon after surgery can lead to compromise of the overlying skin.  This can quickly become a major complication if left untreated.  As far as I can tell from your photos you are not in this category.  Your hematoma will cause pain, prolonged bruising and swelling. 
While every surgeon is different my personal preference is to drain any hematoma as soon as it is suspected.  This can easily be done under local with minimal to no discomfort.  Incision and drainage is the most effective method.  Some with try to aspirate or drain with a needle.  This method is usually less than effective and very difficult to do until the hematoma liquefies.  Once drained, the pain is much improved and your total time to healing will be back on track.  
Be sure to follow up with your surgeon and make sure they understand the pain and discomfort you are having.  Best wishes.
