I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

From the photos it does appear you may have capsular contracture. This is when the scar capsule tightens around the implant. It can cause the breast to feel hard, look misshapen, or even hurt. I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation. I've included a video on capsular contracture that I hope you find helpful.

Hate is a very strong word. One breast appears to have a little more sagging of breast tissue than the other. You need an examination to see if you have developed a capsule. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns.

Based on your photos, it looks like you do have capsular contracture and you need to redo your implant.

From your photos, I note breast asymmetry. The left implant may be riding higher and there is a minimal "double bubble deformity". The distance from the top of the breast bone to the nipples is increased. The nipples reside well above the fold at the bottom of the breasts. There is minimal sag of the right breast. The nipple areolar complexes are disparate in size. There is right areolar enlargement.
Breasts are "sisters" and not "twins". A degree of asymmetry is inevitable.
A capsular contracture would be associated with unnatural firmness and implant displacement. If the breasts are soft, this may represent implant malposition. If you are satisfied with the shape of the right breast, a secondary revision of the left breast may be in order. If the slight asymmetries and sag are of concern, a lift may be desired.
Revisit your plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
