I really hate how flat my breast are after pregnancy 6 years ago. I would really love round breast with cleavage but I feel like I will need a lift :( could I achieve bigger round breast without a lift just bigger implants? I'm 5ft 110 pounds
Answer: Lift or Larger Implants Based on the photos provided, you appear to be a great breast augmentation candidate. Your Nipple Areolar Complexes are at the maximally projecting point on the breast so a breast lift at this point would not change your aesthetics but maybe a few cm's. An augmentation would give you fuller more round breasts, more projected, slightly elevated and more taught look. It sounds like an implant will accomplish your aesthetic wishes.

Answer: Bigger implants or lift? An exam is always best but based on the photos you'd have the best result from a lift with implants. The implants would give you the extra volume, including upper pole volume, that you want. The lift would raise the position of the nipple to improve shape. Larger implants won't raise the position of the breast but instead would give you a larger version of what you have now. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Lift vs Implant Hi there! Thanks for your question. The decision is really based on your goals and expectations. If you are simply looking for more fullness and volume, then you can absolutley just do an implant. But if you are hoping to lift the areolas and breast then I would reccomend a lift as well!

Answer: Lift recommended If you want a rounder breast shape and improved cleavage, you would probably need a lift since your nipples sit a bit low on your chest. The lift would give you more upper pole fullness and the implants could enhance the roundness.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method Bigger implants will not solve your problem and will make it even worse. Your breasts are too low on the chest wall. The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift, bigger implants, or both Hi. I think you can have a breast lift, or bigger implants, or both. If you have the breast lift by itself, then you won't have more fullness and roundness at the top. If you have larger implants exchanged for your current implants, you will have more fullness and roundness, but you will still have a little sagging like you do now. If you want to have fullness/roundness AND perkier breasts without sagging, then you can have both. The advantage of doing it with the implants alone is that there are no large and visible scars. If you have the lift, then this will add more scars to your breasts... it's a tradeoff. Talk to your surgeon more in depth about these options so you can make an informed decision, and so you will be happy with the outcome. Best of luck!
