I’m a 22 year old 5”1 female weighing roughly 118lbs with a petite build. I currently have a small deflated B cup and my desired size D-DD. I am wanting round implants under the muscle for a more natural look, however I dont want go too small and wish I had gone bigger! In my head I am thinking 350/375cc but unsure on whether this will be too big for my frame. Any advice with be much appreciated!

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: 5'1, petite build, 118 lbs - What implant size is right for me? 350-375cc? While it seems as though either of those sizes should work well for you, a formal consultation would be necessary to evaluate your breast measurements, tissue quality, formal goals etc. I recommend you work with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
