I had inner thigh liposuction in May of last year, but after experiencing unevenness and lumps I went back to the clinic to have a revision done in December of last year. However, it still looks horrible! What can I do to fix this? I've been massaging regularly without much improvement.

Answer: Revision liposuction To help smooth inner thighs after liposuction, two procedures are of benefit if massage or ultrasound doesn't resolve the unevenness. Some patients will also see improvement with rf devices, but I find that if the area is uneven fat grafting will help fill the low spots and very small amounts of liposuction for the fuller areas if there are any. However the other option would be a thigh lift, however from this photo it does not appear that you have significant excess skin that would require a lift. Maybe seeking a second opinion for a board certified plastic surgeon could narrow down the options. Good luck!

Answer: Treating Lumps After Lipo I'm sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied with the results of your liposuction procedure. Although contour irregularities, which can be caused by uneven fat removal, are frustrating, they are often treatable with fat grafting or perhaps a procedure that adjusts your skin. Additional liposuction may not always be the best option. I recommend getting a second opinion from a board-certified surgeon who has ample experience with body contouring.
