Can I get thighs lipo twice?

Question

I had full body lipo and BBL but need to go for a revision for more fat transfer. My thighs is where I carry most of my fat. Can the thighs be lipoed twice with good results? And what are the "safest" areas of the legs to lipo twice?

Most patients do not need retreatment after liposuction. More commonly modest asymmetries are treated by touch up. Nevertheless an area can be retreated.

An area can be liposuctioned more than once.I perform about 500  Brazilian buttlifts each year, and this   
procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure.  Find
 a  plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of   
Brazilian buttlifts each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's   
website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can
