Dear, I recommend to wait 6 months before drawing any conclusion about results. After that, if the unevenness still shows, would be helpful to perform an ultrasound scan to rule out fluid collection. If it is only due to remaining fat, a revision procedure should envolve liposuction of the bulges and fat graft over the depressions to get an flat surface.

It is too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling.
