Does skin react the same way to multiple rounds of liposuction, if preformed by the same doctor?

I had a bbl last year, they took fat from my Stomach, I have gained a little weight since then (probably 3-5pounds) I was thinking about getting more lipo in my stomach and flanks with the same dr, but I am worried my skin will not snap back the same as before?

This will depend on skin laxity and technique. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. This is a question that you should ask your doctor that performed the surgery the first time. Although , the skin contraction can be unpredictable, your doctor would have a better idea how it will respond, since he did the first surgery. Can never predict the reaction of one's skin in any surgery and especially after a second round. Usually nothing changes but there is always a slight ask that must be accepted before proceeding..
