Is there any hope whatsoever of lipo revision on any of these areas? (photos)

Dear HollyWould,I would have to examine you but it appears that this is a contour irregularity after liposuction.  This happens often when areas the undergo liposuction are not feathered appropriately.
The good news is that it can be fixed and I have done so with good results before. The revision can often be done under local as well.While there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result.I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result.Daniel Barrett, MD

Thank you for your question and photos. Wow! Obviously, your surgeon has no idea about liposuction surgery. What method was used? Traditional? PAL? Smartlipo? VASER? Your deformities are very difficult to correct. First, you need to be seen in consultation to be evaluated if corrective liposuction and fat grafting is an option (you will need multiple sessions) or an abdominoplasty to improve the abdomen. Based on these photos, the abdominal skin looks scarred and contracted, which causes further limitations.See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in body sculpting techniques for an in person evaluation. I suggest doing a tummy tuck where you undermine the irregular skin pulling it tight and trimming the excess. This should help smooth out the irregular skin. If successful you could do the same for the thighs using a groom incision
