Hard bumps and soft ones almost 4 months after lipo and 2 weeks after revision! (Photo)

I developed bumps after 3 weeks after my lipo. Wore compression and massages myself. Fast forward 3 1/2 months I went to my ps and told him the bump around my belly button (soft)wasn’t changing . He said he believed when I first had it done I probably slouched in the cg and it caused fat to crease together. So he wanted me to have a touch up revision done on just that area. So I did two weeks ago. The very next day the bump was back. Also the smaller lower hard bumps never went away. Pls help!
