Hi my body looks like it’s been through hell and back. The shape is ok but the skin texture, elasticity and lumpiness is terrible. It’s been a year and I followed my surgeon’s advice! I’ve spent 3000$ on professional endormology massages and heat treatment but nothing has worked!!!! I hate wearing a bathing suit and my daughter asks me why I have grandma skin now! Help I don’t know what to do. My upper arms are so lumpy I won’t wear short sleeves.

This is difficult to answer without pictures and needs an in-person evaluation. For best results improving liposuction irregularities, I recommend a hi definition procedure like a VASER liposuction revision. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. One of the problems with liposuction providers is not addressing skin redundancy. We provide a comprehensive skin redundancy evaluation and treatment plan that involves both non-invasive Renuvion skin tightening as well as mini tucks placed strategically to help you achieve the results that you are desiring. This is not an uncommon sequela after liposuction. The overlying skin has not been able to contract sufficiently to give a nice firm result. And in person consultation here would be best. Sometimes the addition of heat with vaser liposuction, and or fat shifting can help the situation. Mild amounts of laxity can be treated with Thermi RF which is heat under the skin. Fat grafting of some type will usually improve both the contour and the quality of the overlying skin. Some combination of all three is sometimes necessary. Hope that's helpful.
