I had a partial resection to a neck lift in November 2022 and my neck looks terrible . My plastic surgeon in Lituania suggested it might be scar tissue and to get Kenalog to correct it . Another doctor on here suggested it could be fibrous nodules secondary to the surgery and that intralesional triamcinolone could shrink it . I had an ultrasound through the NHS and have been told I have a harmless nodule . Help I need a doctor in London who can sort this out
