I feel a little back to square one on year+ out from corset platysmaplasty that has left significant banding especially under chin. Have spoken at length with surgeon who says this sometimes happens and the option for revision is going in again and cutting the bands. Wondering if anything could have been done differently (ie. less aggressive with fat removal and stitching). Also what other options could work and if closed platysmaplasty is an option (and if so, who is doing them).
