It is very likely that neck lift with possibly posterior extension (scar behind ear and underneath the chin) would be a good option for you. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with a good reputation and face and neck lifts ( you have few in S. F. area) is recommended. Good luck.

Hi! I recommend you necklift for your platysma band. As I seen on the photo, you do not have jawls and lateral part of platysma band so, operation can be done with submental insicion only. This is quite small operation when you compare to clasical necklift.

The most conservative treatment for your neck bands would be to have Botox placed in the platysma muscle. If that fails, then consider a surgical platysma plasty with a myotomy.
