The indentations mayu be improved upon with fat grafting although in order to be sure, an exam in person would be necessary.

Thank you for your pictures.I can see what your concern is and I do believe there´s a lot we can do in order to fix this.My suggestion is Liposuction in the waist and lower back with fat grafting in to buttocks in order to shape that area and give your the result you´re looking for at the end.
