These lines on the side and the back of my butt are not going away no matter how much I exercise. The pictures were taken when I was 24 years old so I don't believe it could be caused by aging. I do have stretch marks on one side of my hip, but I can't explain the hollow lines at the lower back side. It seems as if my butt bones pushed the fat layer to the sides. What is the reason of this and how can I fix it apart from butt lift as I'm too young for that?

From your description, it sounds like it would work fine if the surgeons can coordinate their schedules and are willing to do this. Personally, just so you know, I am not a fan of the bbl; just a waste of time and money.
