I'm trying to maximize my fat grafting to my butt and hips? I'm scheduled for a second brazilian butt lift procedure in 3 weeks and I'm looking for tips that will allow my butt and hips to take more fat. The last Bbl my skin wouldn't stretch enough and I ended with only 900 cc's of fat grafted to my butt and hips. Any advice professional or off record is greatly appreciated, thank you

There isn't anything you can do to prestretch your buttocks skin for BBL.  Putting in too much fat can actually decrease the results if the skin gets too tight.  The three most important steps you can take are:
1.  Discontinue aspirin and other blood thinners
2.  Minimize sitting on your bottom for a week after surgery
3.  Eat right!  Three meals a day with a carb and protein source at each meal for three weeks after surgery

Just like with breast augmentation, the buttock skin  may not stretch enough to "take" more volume of fat.  A second procedure can be a good idea as things settle.
