Getting an underboob tattoo done in June and a breast lift with implants in August. Is there a risk to the tattoo area?

I have an appointment to get an “underboob tattoo” done in June and a breast lift with implants scheduled in August. The tattoo will not come into contact with my breast crease. Is there a risk of distorting the skin around the tattoo area, even though it doesn’t actually contact my breasts?

You need to contact your doctor even on the weekend.  He or she should be available to discuss this with you.  Probably from a stitch under the skin working its way out.Dr Spies

Occasionally I will have a patient wear an underwire bra postoperative if there is a concern about the integrity of their own tissue and it's ability to support an implant in the inframammary fold.
