Thank you for your question and the photos you provided. It is difficult to assess your incisions and if there are any wound healing issues with the tape present. I would call the board certified plastic surgeon who performed your procedure so they can examine everything.  Sometimes patients do have wound separation to the lower pole of their breasts because they move/use their upper arms too much, are wearing the wrong post op bras, or do not have enough protein in their diet. Make sure you discuss these causes with your surgeon. Good luck, happy recovery.
