Will a breast lift reduce "side boob"?

I'm having a breast lift with implants next week. My concern is the line of fat that extends from the side of my breast to under my arm. It's almost like loose, fatty skin (I've lost over 100 pounds). Is that reduced or removed with a lollipop lift?

You do not need to wear underwired bras after breast augmentation if you prefer not too. Bras like sports bras provide the firm gentle support that your breasts need.
