MTF facial feminization surgery. For 40 years I have done several procedures which we have developed for the TG patient. An Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift with Hairline Advancement and Boney Orbital Reduction will feminine your face greatly and there will be no noticeable scar present if properly done. A more attractive and feminine nose with cheek implants as well. Your voice can be changed to a female range etc. See a very experienced transgender surgeon for this.
Thank you for your question and photos. Looking at the photos, I can suggest some enhancement to the forehead length (forehead reduction), brow bone contouring, orbital rim contouring and brow lift. These are often done together during the same incision. I think a rhinoplasty to feminize the nose is also helpful. Cheek augmentation and lip augmentation are also feminizing features. Lip lift can be helpful in some patients but the photos do not allow assessment. Jaw contouring can also help shape your lower face into a more feminine look. You don't have to have all of these procedures and you can prioritize if needed. We can help you and provide you with more information if you wish over phone, in person or via Skype. Best wishes
