I decided to get FFS ASAP, so I want to ask about which procedures I will need and how much will they cost, I'm on HRT for 7 months

Mistyjensen,You may have swelling going on. However, it may be a large masseter muscle (especially if you had jawline shaping).  I'd suggest getting examined and considering botox for that if it's a large muscle.  We can also reduce the size of the muscle and bone if needed.

Shary,  You already look feminine based on these photos - your nose looks small and your chin isn't too tall or wide.  If you are still being misgendered the first procedure I would consider would be forehead feminization with reduction of the bone above and to the sides of your eyes.  You can...
