How soon should I wait to get pregnant after an explant and lift?

Thank you for your question.  I would recommend Explant with capsulectomy to address your health concerns and waiting until after having children to do a lift or fat transfer.  The pregnancy will change your breast significantly and may undue what was done making additional surgery necessary.

It is not recommended to have elective surgery while you are pregnant. Also, some women do gain breast tissue with pregnancy. If you wish to have your implants removed and have fat grafting, please do this while you are not pregnant nor will hopefully not be pregnant right after surgery.

Best to ask this of your OB-Gyn. In general you do not want to be pregnant and have an anesthetic. Make sure you understand the change possible in breast size with a fat graft is about 1/2 bracup size in the long term.
