How soon should I wait to get pregnant after an explant and lift?

I am considering an explant and lift, but want to have children. I am 39 years old now so time is not on my side. I have started to have some health concerns with my implants, I have some pain and have recently been diagnosed with autoimmune disease. I am considering explantation and lift with fat transfer following asap. How long do i need to wait to get pregnant?

Thank you for your question.  Your incision should be completely healed before submersion in sea or lake water to reduce the risk of a serious infection.   Discuss this matter with your surgeon before taking unnecessary risks.

A normal swimsuit would probably be ok but you should confirm with your surgeon.  You should also discuss incision healing status and whether he/she is ok with you going in the water.
