Not sure what work I need done. Perhaps some jaw contouring and then some how add definition to the cheeks? **PLEASE NOTE all my problems grow worse when I smile. These are what I think my problems are : i)Chubby, undefined cheeks. They get even more chubby, like a C shape, when I smile. ii)Jaw/cheeks extent too wide. Especially when I smile. It looks as if my face is too big for my neck. iii)A short chin highlights all the above problems. **Also looking for surgeons in UK and / or Korea or USA.
Answer: Facial Slimming — Masseter Botox, Facetite/Renuvion J Plasma, Buccal Fat Pad Removal, Fillers to sculpt the Cheek/Jawline/Chin This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. Most of my younger clients use fillers to give them shaping especially on the cheeks, jawline, and chin which make the face look more slim and tight; and threads such as PDO or Instalift can build collagen and support the facial shaping and skin looseness over time, slowing down the aging process and given the face a more “snatched” look; and morpheus8 or PiXel8 deep microneedling RF can tighten crepe skin especially on the neck and jawline and is great for long term tightening of the full face, neck and chest; its often used to give the face a slimmer more sculpted look because it tightens the skin and gives lift. an early face lift can be performed as well even in younger clients if they want a different facial shape, maxillofacial surgery with bone breaking or shaving can also be done. For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. Factite or Renuvion/J Plasma to tighten the lower face, jawline, and chin to reduce fat and give the jawline and neck tightening and shaping. 3. Botox to the masseter to reduce the muscular size of the jaw giving the face an illusion of being more slender 4. Fillers to the jawline, chin, cheeks, temples and brow help to shape the face and make it more angled and defined Always use at home derma rolling (see link to Emerageskin x anteageMD roller plus stem cells/hyaluronic acid ampules) and peels like emeragecosmetics enlighten or aerify that can be used to improve skin quality and tighten the skin while improving wrinkles, pigmentation, acne, and Melasma. See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Chin implant candidate A full set of facial photographs are required before making any determination about being a candidate for a chin implant procedure. Both the chin and chin implants are three-dimensional structures, so it is impossible to make a decision based on single frontal photograph. Chin implants are manufactured in a variety of shapes and sizes which is best determined at the time of consultation and examination. Chin implants are usually placed under local anesthesia as an outpatient surgical procedure the takes approximately 30 minutes. In our practice, we do not recommend buccal fat pad removal.

Answer: Unsure of what work I need? Chubby cheek, wide and undefined face, receding chin. Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using cheek implants, chin implants, liposuction and facelift techniques over the past 30 years. From the photos, your cheeks are flat, there is excess fat in front and below the cheeks and the chin is weak. A weak chin creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the lower face short and the mid face appear top heavy. Chin augmentation, using a chin implant, will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face. I have found placing a silastic chin implant through a small, curved, incisions under the chin to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty that requires bone cuts with placement of screws and metal plates. Following the beauty principles outlined in my book on face and body beauty, male faces look ruggedly handsome when there is angularity in the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles. In addition to chin augmentation, cheek augmentation with either a dermal filler or cheek implants (for a permanent enhancement) will add angularity to the cheeks. Mandibular angle augmentation with a dermal filler (jaw implants IMHO have too many unwanted side effects) will add volume, angularity and flare to the jaw line.Hope this helps.
